This page explains what information The Host Insider collects, why, and how it's handled. Written plainly, on purpose.
What we collect
- Email address — when you join the waitlist, download the free checklist, or purchase the dashboard.
- Basic signup source — which page or ad brought you here, so we know what's working.
- Payment information — handled entirely by our payment processor when you purchase. We never see or store your card details ourselves.
- Standard web analytics and ad-pixel data — we use the Meta (Facebook) Pixel on this site to measure ad performance. Meta may use cookies and similar technology to do this. See Meta's own privacy policy for how they handle that data.
What we do with it
- Send you the thing you signed up for (the checklist, the dashboard access code, or waitlist updates).
- Send occasional emails related to The Host Insider. You can unsubscribe from any email, anytime, with one click.
- Measure whether our ads are working, using aggregate, non-identifying data.
What we don't do
- We don't sell your email or personal information to anyone.
- We don't share your data with third parties beyond the tools that operate this business (our email platform and payment processor), and only as needed to deliver what you signed up for.
Third-party tools we use
Email delivery is handled by MailerLite. Payment processing (once live) is handled by our payment processor. Hosting is provided by Vercel. Each of these has its own privacy policy governing how they handle data on their end.
Your rights
You can ask us to delete your data or unsubscribe at any time by replying to any email you've received from us, or contacting us directly (see below).
